Acceptance of Governance

By accessing PropDeal (propdeal.sbs), you enter into a binding agreement with PropDeal, headquartered at 300 Ouellette Ave, Windsor, ON. These terms govern your interaction with our deep learning framework audits, deployment workflows, and technical consultations. If you do not agree to these protocols, you must terminate your session immediately.

These terms apply to all Canadian developers and international visitors utilizing our proprietary educational materials, including architectural whitepapers and model hygiene checklists.

Usage of Materials

All content provided on PropDeal is protected under Canadian and international copyright law. This includes framework comparison matrices, performance benchmarks, and deployment documentation.

Permitted Use

  • Implementation of shared model hygiene protocols.

Restricted Use

  • Scaling or scraping PropDeal datasets for commercial resale.
  • Redistribution of audits without formal licensing.

Limitation of Liability

PropDeal provides educational deep learning code snippets and architectural advice as-is.

AI framework libraries evolve rapidly. PropDeal does not guarantee the stability, future compatibility, or accuracy of third-party model libraries discussed on this site. We are not liable for hardware depletion, VRAM-related failures, or production outages resulting from the implementation of techniques described in our workflow guides.

Users are solely responsible for stress-testing any advice in local sandbox environments before production deployment. PropDeal’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for direct consulting services, excluded of educational material browsing.
